With 16 years of experience in senior care, Natysia Person has dedicated her career to ensuring seniors receive the respect, care, and engagement they deserve. Starting as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and advancing to Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), she has firsthand experience in the challenges and gaps in elder care. Combining her medical expertise with a business degree, she founded F.I.T.S. Senior Activity Services to provide compassionate, high-quality in-home care.

Natysia was driven to create F.I.T.S. after witnessing improper handling of seniors, lack of proper caregiver training, and neglect in both home and facility settings. She also recognized that many senior activity programs failed to promote engagement and cognitive retention, leaving elders without the meaningful interactions they need to thrive. Her mission is to redefine senior care by prioritizing dignity, personalized support, and engaging, fulfilling experiences for every client.

Under her leadership, F.I.T.S. Senior Activity Services has become a trusted name in Alamance County, providing essential services such as companionship, transportation, activity planning, and light housekeeping. With a deep passion for aging on your terms, Natysia continues to lead her team in making a lasting impact on seniors and their families.
